About ADCOS CNC Technik GmbH Coordinate grinding is characterized by the processing of workpieces with up to 6 axes interpolating, a material hardness of up to 65 Rockwell, and an accuracy in the highest precision (μm) range. In our facility in Finnentrop, we have seven in-house Hauser coordinate grinding machines, capable of processing workpieces weighing up to 1,500 kg, with a usable table area of 1,440 x 860 mm. - 1x Hauser S55 Fanuc - 3x Hauser S50 ADCOS CNC 800 - 1x Hauser S35 HiCut ADCOS CNC 800 - 1x Hauser S3 HiCut ADCOS CNC 800 - 1x Hauser S3 CNC311 The contract processing of coordinate grinding is carried out in air-conditioned rooms, with NC programming and high-quality measuring instruments for geometric and electronic adjustments being standard. Since 1992, we have been retrofitting CNC and/or NC machines to the latest ADCOS CNC control system from ADCOS AG Switzerland. In close collaboration with ADCOS AG, we are able to meet any specific requests from our customers. In high-quality machine tools/processing machines, the electronics are often outdated and prone to faults, while the mechanics are in good condition. To enhance productivity, safety, and the value of the machine, a control retrofit is therefore recommended. As part of a retrofit of the machines, it is also possible to use the latest generation of drive motors, amplifiers, and scales. Let us advise you.
