About BRICA > To actively promote the construction of "one belt and one road," the CFIE initiated the establishment of BRICA in May 2015. It has been fully confirmed and strongly supported by the relevant ministries of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, the Ministry of Trade, and the SASAC of the State Council. The international community has paid great attention to it. Currently, members from Armenia, Belarus, Brazil, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, India, Iran, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Mongolia, Morocco, the Netherlands, Pakistan, Romania, Russia, and Sri Lanka are involved. Thirty economic associations and institutions, as well as an international organization from 27 countries, including Kazakhstan, Turkey, Ukraine, China, and Hong Kong, are members of BRICA, representing a total of 2.3 million companies. Based on the principle of "consultation, construction, and sharing," BRICA aims to fulfill the following tasks: integrate the resources of BRICA members, fully leverage the advantages of BRICA, establish a linkage mechanism, set up bilateral and multilateral cooperation mechanisms among BRICA members, and promote multi-level and multi-channel collaboration with the economic and trade parks of central cities along the route as the core. Industry cooperation and corporate collaboration; compilation of economic policies, resource allocations, industrial investments, and information for economic and trade cooperation among BRICA member countries and regions, establishment of the BRICA internet platform and cooperative project database, promotion of efficient information exchange and effective anchoring of cooperative projects, as well as fostering political communication, information connections, and financial coordination of industry and commerce.
