With fabric flat cable assemblies, CABLE-SYSTEMS offers a unique manufacturing process in Europe for the combination of various cables and hose variations, as well as energy management systems, including custom and hybrid cables. These are primarily designed for highly dynamic, low-wear applications with minimal noise emissions. The mass of the flat cable system is almost entirely determined by the weight of the cables used. The cables, individual conductors, optical fibers, and hoses integrated into the flat cable assemblies are exclusively off-the-shelf products as well as custom special cables. The arrangement of the individual elements can be customized in any form and is manufactured according to customer specifications. All elements are organized in a fixed layout along the entire length of the cable. Arbitrary positional changes are excluded. The fabric composite creates movable, self-supporting, and self-stabilizing elastic cable structures. They can be produced in both endless and precisely defined lengths. Fabric flat cable assemblies provide users with a cabling solution that leaves little to be desired in terms of moving mass, compactness, individuality, and flexibility. Depending on requirements, these flat cable assemblies can also be fully assembled with connectors, stop parts, and catch baskets.
