EFCO Maschinenbau GmbH was founded in 1978 by Dipl.-Ing. Ranko Effenberger in Düren, Germany. Even back then, Mr. Effenberger had decades of experience and was considered a pioneer in the industry. Since its inception, EFCO has developed into a leading developer and manufacturer of repair and testing technology – both in terms of market share and technological advancement. The products are distributed in over 80 countries through its own sales organization and competent partners. All products are developed in-house and tested in practice. Experiences from the operations of many customers are directly incorporated into product development. Maintaining the production and development site in Germany is one of the top priorities. EFCO rightfully stands for the quality label "Made in Germany" and has been certified according to TÜV CERT ISO 9001 since 1996. The family-owned company is managed in the second generation by an experienced leadership team. EFCO specializes in precision machines and devices for the repair and processing of sealing surfaces on valves, flanges, and pipelines. Through innovative developments and the exchange of know-how with customers, EFCO has established a proactive repair culture that enables significant economic savings.
