Our company was founded in 1948 and specializes in the production of contact materials for the electrical industry. Manufacturing is done using CNC machines and conventional methods. We offer prototype production, small quantities, and series production. Quotations are provided based on drawings, sketches, or samples. Short delivery times and custom manufacturing are possible upon request. We perform tinning, nickel plating, galvanizing, and silver plating in our own electroplating facility. We also refurbish old contacts and copper busbars. We are certified for quality and environmental standards. We manufacture contacts for relays, elevators, forklifts, cranes, etc., for all brands. Custom manufacturing and sample production are available upon request. Production is carried out according to your specifications (drawing, sketch, or sample). You do not need to scrap your old contacts. We regenerate them by applying new silver coatings and re-silvering. This is done in our own electroplating facility, where we also nickel plate, tin, and galvanize. In our CNC punching machine, we process copper or steel sheets with maximum dimensions of 650 x 1000mm. We work with flat and round copper in standard sizes with drilling, threading, bending, bushings, etc. Current and extension strips made from copper foil are riveted or wound. Soldering tabs made of copper are welded and tinned. In the production of insulating parts, we process various plastics from sheets or rods (e.g., HM2472 or Makralon). We manufacture stamped and sheet metal parts up to 6mm from copper or steel. Tabs, covers, connections – bent, soldered, welded. Custom shapes are possible through in-house tool manufacturing.
