Metaphönix GmbH is a manufacturer of precision machining of steel bars, cast parts, and closed die-forged components. It was founded in 2012 and has a total area of approximately 2000 square meters. About 40 people are employed, including 4 technicians and 3 QC personnel. The company has 3 automatic production lines with mechanical arms, 6 CNC lathes with inclined guides, 13 standard CNC lathes, 5 vertical CNC lathes with 4 axes, and other milling and drilling machines. The achieved precision is 0.01 mm. The products cover the areas of construction components, automotive parts, medical treatment, electronics, and other fields, with materials including alloyed steel, stainless steel, unalloyed steel, aluminum, and brass, exported to Germany, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and other countries. Certified according to ISO9001:2015 & TS16949-2016 quality management system. Employees are trained by personnel from the certification authority.
