For over 60 years, we have been developing and manufacturing customized solutions from foam and other cellular materials. In 1959, Oskar Pahlke laid the foundation for the processing of PUR foams with the establishment of the company Oskar Pahlke GmbH. He was one of the pioneers of this unique material. From humble beginnings, a dynamic family business evolved in the following years. While the focus in the early years was on sponges and other products for cleaning and care, the product range was gradually expanded. This followed the triumphant rise of the new material, which gradually established itself in more and more areas. Today, Pahlke Schaumstoffe is one of the leading German processors of foams for commercial use. In addition to PUR and PE foams, we also process other cellular materials such as foam rubber and cellular rubber. Our products are used in nearly all industries and sectors. As a so-called "Private Label" producer, Pahlke Schaumstoffe manufactures exclusively on behalf of commercial customers who market the products under their own name. We place particular emphasis on advising and supporting our customers in implementing their individual wishes and requirements. The Oskar Pahlke GmbH enjoys an excellent reputation among its customers, suppliers, and employees as a quality-conscious, reliable, and trustworthy partner. Contributing to this are, among other things, a quality management system certified according to ISO 9001 and a team of competent and motivated employees. Currently, we employ around 60 staff members as well as several temporary workers and home workers. Additionally, we regularly train young people as industrial clerks, plastic technologists, and machine and plant operators.
