Suzhou DANVIE Precision Machining Co., Ltd. was founded in 2011 and is located in the city of Suzhou, 2 hours from Shanghai. We are a company specializing in the processing and manufacturing of various types of mechanical precision parts. We primarily provide precision machined parts for automation devices, testing equipment, fixtures, and supports for various industries. The parts are widely used in automation systems, biomedical devices, optical equipment, packaging machinery, electronic assembly systems, and testing instruments. We have nearly 20 years of experience in manufacturing non-standard mechanical parts. The highest precision of our parts can reach up to 0.002 mm, and the processing range of the part materials includes ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, various industrial plastics, and hard alloys; the various surface treatments of the parts can also meet customer requirements. Our main business areas include the following three sectors: 1. Non-standard mechanical parts processing, with each processing section (lathe, milling machine, grinding machine, wire cutting, EDM, internal and external grinding, etc.) working together to process complex shapes, well-suited for the need for multiple clamping of parts; for single and small batch processing; 2. Batch and small quantity CNC machining, primarily CNC milling machine processing; 3. Mass production of precision small turned parts, mainly using centrifugal machines and automatic feeding lathes (Hip Lik Factory); We serve our customers wholeheartedly.
