We operate a 24-hour staffed elevator emergency call center according to TRA106 and EN81, supported by more than 20 manufacturers of elevator emergency call systems! Interventions (rescue of persons) can also be realized upon request with our partners. Another service is the operation of a call center for our primarily small business customers to ensure constant availability of the company. Due to our flexibility, additional requests from our customers can be realized upon request.
