About

WIP - Connected for Success The Lower Saxony Knowledge and Innovation Network for Polymer Technology (WIP) was established in 2001 with the aim of promoting knowledge exchange. The founding chairman, Prof. Dr. Gunter Weber, created a communication platform for stakeholders across the entire plastics industry. "Traditionally, the aspect of knowledge transfer - whether from science to industry or among companies - has been a key focus of WIP's work," says the current chairman of WIP, Prof. Dr. Norbert Vennemann. The number of members is steadily increasing. Currently, WIP comprises nearly 60 members from the entire value chain of polymer technology. WIP is dedicated to quickly and easily connecting personal contacts to bring members together. The utilization of as many opportunities as possible and the continuous exchange of knowledge are the foundation for shared success.
