Highest Safety and Reliability This is the standard Böhmer sets for its products. For 60 years, we have been manufacturing ball valves in Sprockhövel and since 1999 also at our Hattingen branch, setting benchmarks in quality and operational safety. The journey began with the idea of developing a quick-closing valve for the mining industry. The success of this product quickly prompted our company to expand our portfolio to include the oil, gas, and district heating sectors. Today, Böhmer produces ball valves for nearly every application, with nominal sizes ranging from DN 3 - 1400 (1/8 - 56 inches) and suitable for pressures up to 500 bar (Class 2500). No fear of challenging media! Whether gaseous, liquid, or solid. Robust constructions with highly resistant materials meet extreme demands. Böhmer demonstrates the absolute suitability of its ball valves through all common testing and certification procedures. It is no coincidence that Böhmer products are often referenced when it comes to the performance of a quick-closing valve. To maintain this status, we continuously invest in modernization and innovation. New materials, designs, and processes are developed in-house and rigorously tested. Always in focus: Ensuring safety and reliability throughout the entire lifecycle. In our production facilities, we have one of the most modern machine parks in Germany. Nevertheless, we are convinced that ultimately it is the experience and commitment of our employees that enable the high product quality. At our locations in Hattingen and Sprockhövel, we are therefore particularly proud of our well-coordinated teams, from design through assembly to final inspection.
