We are a boutique service provider with agents focused solely on the founding client's products. They don't share their appointed agents with any other clients. We also indicate our RPO services for bulk hires for BPOs and other industries, as well as single hires. Our RPO Partnership operates on a retainer + placement fee per hire model, focused on bulk hires. Additionally, we provide a daily report on progress for both inbound call centre founding clients and for the recruiting clients that do regular bulk hires. Anyone/any business wanting to collaborate with us, must not expect any payments upfront. Our focus is exclusively on onboarding potential founding clients and securing PRO partnerships for bulk full cycle recruitment needs, bringing contracts ASAP. Our ideal founding clients are Series A and Series B businesses scaling fast, with severe pain points that require urgent immediate attention. They are based in the USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe, and exhibit a very high buy intent with readiness to contract with us. They are eager to resolve their pain points to ensure their customers are retained, are well serviced, and appreciate the no-sharing agent policy alongside the intensive training provided to each onboarded agent. Our goal is to onboard 1 founding client per week, and we aim to deliver results within this week.
