Filter PROFItlich – Your Professional Partner for Filtration The company Filter Profitlich Maschinenbau GmbH was founded in 1965 by Heinz Profitlich with the aim of manufacturing liquid filters for the industry. Even back then, we began a close collaboration with the company Franz Wolscht, now Dipl.-Ing. Reinhold Wolscht Mechanical Workshop and Apparatus Construction. Together, the companies developed solutions for mechanical engineering and manufactured specially designed suction filters for hydraulics in plastic injection molding machines and die-casting machines. Innovation, tradition, quality, and customer-oriented action are the values that guide us at Filter PROFItlich. Our core competencies include the design, construction, and commissioning of filtration solutions for liquids, primarily oils and water, in fluid technology for hydraulic presses. The development, manufacturing, and shaping of flow-optimized and media-friendly housings take place in-house. A significant advantage of our suction filter housings is the modular system and the high level of manufacturing depth, which enables us to quickly adapt to various requirements and options. A particular area of expertise is our self-cleaning filters, which can be customized to meet customer requirements in a modular system similar to the suction filters. This type of filter is commonly referred to as a backwash filter, although this does not fully describe the functionality of our filters. We have maintained this pursuit of customer-oriented solutions to this day. We analyze the customer's situation and bring together various filtration options in a practical manner. The customer should receive a simple system with clearly defined boundaries. Here too, our high level of manufacturing depth helps us to quickly explore new avenues. For this and for the self-cleaning liquid filters, we received the Innovation Award of the Bonn/Rhein-Sieg region in 2009.
