Injection Molding Products – Always the Right Solution We develop customized products for our clients and leverage our extensive expertise. We process all common thermoplastics. In addition to polyurethane, these mainly include: PE, PA, POM, ASA, TPU, PP, TPE, as well as glass-fiber reinforced plastics. Advantage of the injection molding process: low costs at very high quantities. Choice of material (TPU, PA, POM, ABS, PE, etc.): It all depends on the chemical and physical requirements for the later application. With our own tool manufacturing and component design, we offer you complete service in this area. Diverse Applications: Our ester & ether materials are highly wear-resistant and flexible, making them suitable for the highest mechanical demands, e.g., in sawing and screening technology. Made from two components: Products consist of glass-fiber reinforced material and a soft application bandage, for example, as load-bearing parts. Without precise planning and a testing and development phase, they are inconceivable. Prototypes: Before an injection mold is ordered, we often build sample prototypes as laser-sintered elements or through 3D printing. This allows you to view the desired part without investing in a mold. Our machines inject molded parts ranging from 5 to 6000 grams.
