"Ochakovo" is a 100% Russian company specializing in natural beverages. Our product range includes: traditional kvass, beer brewed from our own malt using classic recipes, soft drinks, low-alcohol cocktails, juices, wines, lemonades, mineral water, and spirits. The first "Ochakovo" plant was opened on December 18, 1978, in Moscow to quench the thirst of guests and participants of the upcoming 1980 Olympic Games. The production was the largest in Europe and the Soviet Union: beer, kvass, mineral water, and non-alcoholic beverages were produced here. We were the first to bottle the initial batches of Pepsi and Fanta in the USSR. This is the only instance where a company simultaneously produced products from both PepsiCo and The Coca-Cola Company. In 1993, following the collapse of the Soviet Union, the plant, which had previously been state-owned, was privatized. In the subsequent years, it underwent a complete overhaul, replacing outdated equipment with new European machinery. The flagship beer brand "Ochakovo" was introduced. Our company was the first in the world to produce beer in plastic bottles and the first in Russia to produce beer in aluminum cans. At the same time, we focused on producing kvass using traditional home techniques, but on an industrial scale. The company's employees traveled across Russia to collect family recipes and developed the "Ochakovsky" kvass. In 2013, based on the materials from the same expeditions, we reintroduced the nearly forgotten original Russian white kvass: unfiltered, hearty, with a pronounced sour taste, and named it "Semeyniy Sekret" ("Family Secret"). "Ochakovo" remains the only major kvass manufacturer that applies historically accurate technology. Since then, the company has grown and evolved into a holding company with branches across the country. We have several beer and soft drink factories in various cities of Russia, a winery with our own vineyards, agricultural enterprises for grain cultivation, a malting plant, and other businesses that help "Ochakovo" maintain resource sovereignty and not depend on supplies from other companies. Capacity - 285 million decaliters per year. We produce 10 types of beverages under more than 30 brands. Our products are Halal certified. The certification was conducted by the World Halal Trust, an international organization whose requirements are considered the strictest and whose documents and decisions are recognized by all Muslim countries.
