Schilderfabrik Bohn - 1991 to 2016 = 25 years of affordability and reliability! It all started back in the day with a small CNC-controlled engraving machine. With passion and determination, trained industrial clerk and business administrator Matthias Bohn immersed himself in the wide spectrum of the signage industry. Over the years, the earned money was continually reinvested into new machines and tools, meaning that new machines with better technical capabilities were acquired. At the beginning of 2008, we moved into the newly constructed company building. Since then, we have been able to handle the ever-increasing sales even more efficiently in terms of production. In 2010, our operation was expanded again with a new construction phase, allowing for the addition of a large panel milling machine for formats up to 300x200 cm in 2011. Additionally, a large-format UV digital printer was installed in our facility. We have CO² and fiber lasers for marking stainless steel and cutting acrylic. Various CNC engraving milling machines with different processing focuses enable us to perform engravings on small items such as nameplates and hotel keychains as well as large company signs. Machines for cutting sheet materials, shears, panel saws, drilling machines, and laminators complete our machinery. We manufacture signs using various production methods, including anodized printing, screen printing, UV digital printing, Primolux® digital printing, laser marking, and CNC engraving. With over 100 tools for stamping work in aluminum, plastic, and stainless steel, we produce cuttings, nameplates, discs, and ovals with and without printing or engraving.
